Title fonts, music and setting ideas and reasons

Title Font and Style

The titles for the characters and director etc we used two shade of pink. We chose to do this due to the colours being relateable to our target audience(teenage girls as 14-19). We also chose to use the colour pink as it represent love and this is one of the main focuses in our film, it is also a main focus in many other teen angst films.

Music and Setting

For the title sequence/opening we decided to use a slow/sad song to connote the sadness in the film and to connote what the character Jessie is feeling. It also gives the view of Baby On Board an insight as to what the film is about. For the party scene we decided fast up beat music to fit the stereotype of a teenage party and to show connote that teenagers live fast pace lives. it will also show a vast change in the atmosphere between the class for and party and the present to past. we chose to use a media class room fro the class room scene because it fits the purpose we need, also the way the table our set it would make it easier to pan around the classroom to show the different social groups and what is going on. we then decided a drama room would suit best for a party scene as it is dark and we are able to add some coloured lights to make it look more exciting and realistic. Another reason we was drawn to use this room is because its a spacious room which would be needed for a crowded popular party.
